I am a land and aquatic personal trainer specializing in working with people of all abilities. I strive to ensure exercise is accessible for all, while empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals that previously seemed beyond their own limitations due to weight gain, a chronic condition or disability. We will work together to create an adaptable program that promotes safe and effective training in a fun and motivational environment to support a healthy lifestyle.
We will work together to create a program that will assess, develop and implement individualized exercise programming for a healthy or medically-cleared person with a physical, sensory or cognitive disability.
Group Fitness, Wellness & Yoga Classes
Group Fitness, Wellness, Yoga classes are designed to provide a unique and amazing experience. Land/Aquatic Fitness classes (such as circuit classes, strength and conditioning, cardio kick box, pole walking, mindfulness/meditation wellness, yoga and Zumba style dance fitness) will also be offered allowing everyone to have fun in a dynamic environment full of energy and movement.
Fitness and Health Coaching
Sometimes a little extra motivation from an experienced fitness professional is all you need. All programs are options to those 10 years and older.
I have a variety of services designed to meet your individual needs. You may choose from any of the session packages, or you may decide that a single fitness assessment, nutritional consultation, or lifestyle consult would more suit your needs.
