Who is Cheris?

I am a movement advocate who helps people regain their independence, take back their self-worth and improve their relationships while aiding in the maintenance of the Activities of Daily Living (ADL).

My wish is to help all people make personal lifestyle changes that promote health, fitness, and wellness over a lifetime. Cherry Rock Lifestyle also provides onsite and offsite group wellness/fitness classes and in-in-studio or home personal ADL rehabilitation and maintenance services.
