GROUP Class options
Wellness/Fitness classes are designed to provide a unique and amazing experience and will also be offered allowing everyone to have fun in a dynamic environment full of energy and movement. I bring equipment to the class to your location or a community park setting, but it is recommended to bring your own mat if possible.
Adult/Youth Fitness classes are designed to provide a unique and amazing experience. Land/Aquatic Fitness classes (such as circuit classes, strength and conditioning, cardio kick box, pole walking, mindfulness/meditation, yoga and Zumba style dance fitness) will also be offered allowing everyone to have fun in a dynamic environment full of energy and movement.
The goal of these classes is to create a fun and unique experience by combining both fitness and play, while allowing participants to learn more about and focus on their own health and wellness. As well as providing an opportunity to promote and encourage lifelong healthy active lifestyles.
Session classes run from 4, 6, or 8 weeks in length
Monthly options are for weekly classes – book multiple months for a discount!
Drop-In Options are available for some weekly virtual classes, you must register 2hrs prior to the start of the class time
and a link will be sent to you before the class starts – please download Zoom prior.

Appropriate workout clothing, including indoor and outdoor shoes (running shoes are required), bathing suit and towel (pool classes only) are the responsibility of each participant. A refillable water bottle is recommended.
