Cheris Samuels-Murdoch is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School. She is committed to creating a supportive space for students to explore self-awareness, self-acceptance, and inner presence through breath, movement and stillness.  She teaches yoga for all body types and has an adaptable dynamic practice to restorative with playful encouragement.

Cheris is influenced by the training of Marion “Mugs” McConnell and the South Okanagan Yoga Academy. Yin practice training thru Alan Mileham focusing on the Yin Yoga philosophy of Bernie Clark. In addition to training of Dianne Bondy & Amber Karnes – Yoga for All / Body Positive Yoga. As well as Neil Pearson – Pain Care Yoga – Integrating Yoga Therapy and pain care for people in pain.

Cheris has completed 20 hours of training in Trauma Center – Trauma Sensitive Yoga with Trauma Sensitive Yoga West and the Center for Trauma and Embodiment, providing her with the skills to integrate a trauma informed lens into a yoga class.

*Extra person over 10 people, add $15/person/session
